Refunds
We strive to provide valuable and high-quality online workshops. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under genuine circumstances.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@aimerconsortium.in. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • If the refund request is made after 10 days from the date of purchase.

  • If the workshop has been attended or accessed significantly.

  • If the refund request is made due to personal scheduling conflicts or failure to attend the session.

  • If the request does not provide a valid reason.

Cancellation of Workshops
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will be given the option to either attend the rescheduled session or receive a full refund.

Shipping
Shipping is not applicable, as we offer only online workshops.
